Sustainable, equitable food systems are critical for the survival of both people and planet, but how do ESG principles apply to hotels? From tea and coffee to wine and cocoa, we need sustainable, resilient and holistic supply chains to support the producers of today, and tomorrow. Climate change is triggering a host of consequences and to have a sustainable future, we must also have a fair future.
