Hotel & Resort Innovation Expo confirms the Institute of Hospitality as Official Headline Partner
We are delighted to announce that we have confirmed the Institute of Hospitality as the Official Headline Partner for the Hotel & Resort Innovation Expo 2023 which will be returning to ExCeL, London on the 10th & 11th of October.
The Institute of Hospitality is the award-winning, global professional body for the hospitality industry and is committed to promoting professionalism through lifelong learning. Membership of the industry’s professional body provides recognition of an individual’s qualifications and experience. IoH members are from all sectors of the hospitality industry and are at varying stages in their careers.
In 2023 as the IoH celebrates its 85th anniversary, it is proud to have built an active Youth Council, raise funds for its IoH Bursary through the sale of its IoH Diversity Shields and general fund-raising activities which provide IoH Funded Membership as a career lifeline to help disadvantaged individuals, who would benefit from membership but are unable to access the resources and opportunities the Institute can provide. Operating a full annual calendar of activities, the IoH provide live networking events and online CPD webinars, supports individual, business, and educational institutions and student members with advice, resources and learning across a range of platforms. Provide mentoring, have over 250 online courses through the IoH Academy, an extensive library, a topical, monthly podcast, membership newsletter and magazine. Plus, it continues to engage its members and wider hospitality family on social media.
Its focus remains on its people and its members, who are passionate about supporting and inspiring others to be the best that they can be. The IoH is applying for Royal Chartered status in 2023 and will then become the first hospitality body to obtain this coveted award.

Taking to the keynote stage, The Institute will be recording a special live podcast over two days. Featuring two panels of talented industry leaders, including IoH CEO Robert Richardson FIH MI, they will be discussing the technology trends of the day, and how these will inform the future. Phil Street FIH will be hosting both sessions and the special podcast will be released in early 2024.
